Halloween Campaign
Every year the Pokemon Center has a different Halloween themed campaign. They were only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. They campaigns vary every year with different names (Halloween Parade, The Pokemon Night, Spooky Party Gothic, Mystery Mansion, etc), but usually feature many ghostly Pokemon characters and have many items including plush toys, keychains, straps, mugs, stickers, various stationary items and more.
