Pokevault.com: About Us
Pokevault.com (formerly known as Hardrock-Pokemon.com) is located in Fukuoka, Japan. Since 2000, we have specialized in very rare Japanese Pokemon promo cards, holofoils, Pokemon plush toys, pokedolls, deck boxes, card sleeves, charms, bags, straps, and much more. We have access to Japanese Pokemon items that you wouldnt normally be able to buy. Since 2000, we have shipped out over 65,000 orders to more than 35,000 happy customers in over 60 countries. We also have an Ebay store if you would like to check out our feedback (username: brianjapan). We are open Monday thru Friday and we ship orders out daily when we are open. We try to send your order out as soon as possible. Most orders sent out within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items are 100% licensed, authorized merchandise bought directly in Japan at the Pokemon Center or other licensed dealers. All items are sent directly to you from our Fukuoka, Japan store. We will NEVER knowingly sell fake, bootleg, factory reject or any other kind of unauthorized merchandise like you find all over Ebay from Hong Kong and Chinese sellers. We take a stand against bootlegging and have several videos on how to spot fake pokemon as well as over 100 youtube videos on Pokemon items.

We are a totally separate company that specializes in rare Pokemon and Hard Rock Cafe items. All prices on our site reflect the cost of obtaining rare Pokemon items (Paypal fees, Japanese business tax, advertising costs, boxes, office space, storage facility rent, etc).
