SHIPPING UPDATES
Important:
FEDEX
FedEx has a very fast, trackable delivery (Usually takes about 3-5 days to most countries), but there are some important Rules:
1) Your address must be correct. If any information is missing or incorrect (apartment number missing, incorrect zipcode, etc), there could be extra fees, so please double check your address when ordering).
2) FEDEX cannot deliver to a P.O. box or military installations.
3) A telephone number and email address are REQUIRED for the receipient.
4) Brazil - Your CPF tax ID number is required for all purchases. Please write your tax ID number in the comments section or contact us.
5) Indonesia - Your NPWP tax ID number is required for all purchases. Please write your tax ID number in the comments section or contact us.
6) Food products are not allowed to be sent to the USA by FEDEX or UPS (other shipping ways are ok).
7) If there are any customs or taxes for your order, you are responsible to pay the taxes and duties. In some cases you may be billed afterwards by customs.
8) PLEASE watch for your package. If FEDEX cannot deliver and the package is sent back, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the package back AND re-send it.
UPS
UPS has a very fast, trackable delivery (Usually takes about 3-5 days to most countries), but it is only available to USA customers and there are some important Rules:
1) Your address must be correct. If any information is missing or incorrect (apartment number missing, incorrect zipcode, etc), there could be extra fees, so please double check your address when ordering).
2) UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box or military installations.
3) A telephone number and email address are REQUIRED for the receipient.
4) Food products and FDA regulated products (plates, cups, chopsticks, forks, spoons, or anything that touches your mouth) are not allowed to be sent to the USA by FEDEX or UPS due to new FDA requlations.
5) You are responsible to pay the Trump tariffs (import taxes) and all other taxes and duties. In some cases you may be billed afterwards by US customs (UPS will send you a bill on behalf of US customs).
6) You will not be able to change the delivery address to a UPS drop off point online (even though it may give you the option too). If you wish to do this, you must contact UPS and contact us for authorization. There is also a $10-30 fee for doing so.
7) PLEASE watch for your package. If UPS cannot deliver and the package is sent back, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the package back, the Trump tariffs, AND and shipping cost to re-send the package.
JAPAN POST OFFICE
The Japan Post Office ended registered mail service on December 31, 2025. The new service is called "Epacket Light". It is a new way to ship that is similar to registered mail. But, unfortunately the service is not available to some countries. So if you do not see the registered mail shipping option anymore when checking out, that means there is no longer any type of registered mail service and you will have to choose another shipping service. Hopefully the post office will add more countries in the future.
