It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2024, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Halloween Trick or trick campaign. The middle of the keychain can spin around. The keychain has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of metal.
