I've been purchasing from Pokevault ever since they first started and definitely will keep doing so! I first found Pokevault when I came back from a visit to Japan and all Pokecenters I visited where out of stock on a specific plushee I had been looking for. Pokevault was the first site I found that was able to ship one to me, and for a very fair price! Brian and Pokevault always seemed very sincere, helping you find products that are otherwise unavailable, without also being so big that they are effectively scalping the stores. In general Brian always adds a very personal touch to the communication, which makes for a very safe and trusted shopping experience. Whenever I'm looking for specific products, this will be the first place I check, and the newsletters really help stay up to date on when what products are launched (I allways skim the newsletter to quickly check for the release of specific series of products, allowing me to know about their launch way before the products finally make it to my country, if they even do so in the first place).

I've ordered many products from Pokevault between 2016 and now to multiple addresses, and have never once had an issue. The site owner is quick to respond to any emails or questions, the products have always arrived unharmed, and the quality and authenticity of each purchase has never been in question. If you're looking for authentic, straight from Japan merch, Pokevault won't let you down.

I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
