Pokemon Center Yokohama 2018 Renewal Opening Campaign Eevee, Pikachu, Pelipper & Wingull rubber Christmas Ornament. It was only available at the Yokohama Pokemon Center, during the Renewal Opening campaign. It was not for sale. It was only given out  when you purchased Pokemon items during the renewal opening campaign. It was not available at any of the other Pokemon Centers. It  has a strap so you can attach it to your Chirstmas tree or anything that you want to attach it to. Made of very thin clear rubber.
