Pokemon Center 2021 Pokemon Fit Series #4 Vibrava Small Plush Toy. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2021, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This is from 4th series of Fit plushies which featured the Hoenn Pokemon. The plush has some beans inside. Made of soft material (polyester).
