Pokemon 2023 Takara Tomy KutaKutatatta! series Vaporeon plush toy (Small Size). It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores, in December, 2023, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. There were 2 different sizes (Small & Medium). This series is slightly different from other Takara Tomy plushies. The fur is very soft, there is a small amount of beans inside. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in Vietnam. NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up very well by itself.
