Pokevault is such a fantastic website for anyone who loves authentic Japanese Pokémon goods. Their selection is amazing, with so many rare and exclusive items that are usually so hard to find. I ordered a 2022 Easter Buneary keychain, which had been tricky to track down at a fair price from a trustworthy seller. I've been purchasing from Pokevault ever since they first started and definitely will keep doing so! I first found Pokevault when I came back from a visit to Japan and all Pokecenters I visited where out of stock on a specific plushee I had been looking for. Pokevault was the first site I found that was able to ship one to me, and for a very fair price! Brian and Pokevault always seemed very sincere, helping you find products that are otherwise unavailable, without also being so big that they are effectively scalping the stores. In general Brian always adds a very personal touch to the communication, which makes for a very safe and trusted shopping experience. Whenever I'm looking for specific products, this will be the first place I check, and the newsletters really help stay up to date on when what products are launched (I allways skim the newsletter to quickly check for the release of specific series of products, allowing me to know about their launch way before the products finally make it to my country, if they even do so in the first place).

I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
