Pokevault is such a fantastic website for anyone who loves authentic Japanese Pokémon goods. Their selection is amazing, with so many rare and exclusive items that are usually so hard to find. I've ordered many products from Pokevault between 2016 and now to multiple addresses, and have never once had an issue. I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
