Pokemon 2022 S11a Incandescent Arcana Salazzle reverse holo card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the S11a Incandescent Arcana series that was released in Japan, in September, 2022. This is one of the randomly inserted reverse holos. It has prism-like holograms all over the card (Poke Ball pattern).
