Pokemon 2021 S8a 25th Anniversary Collection Reshiram promo card. This promo card was given out in a random pack if you purchased 5 of the S8a 25th Anniversary Collection booster packs at the Pokemon Center or participating Pokemon retail shops for a very limited time in October, 2021. It came inside a random pack containing one card. There were 25 different cards in the series. The card has the 25th anniversary logo on the middle right hand side of the card. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
