Pokemon Center 2021 Raihan & Flygon hard cover medium size card binder. (4 pocket type). It came inside the Raihan Trainer Card Collection special booster pack set (Contents of the set NOT INCLUDED. You will receive only the card binder). It was NOT SOLD directly in the Pokemon Center or any toy stores. DUE TO POPULARITY, IT WAS ONLY SOLD THRU A LOTTERY ON THE POKEMON CENTER ONLINE SITE. ONLY THE WINNERS WERE ALLOWED TO BUY ONE AND THERE WAS A 1 PER PERSON LIMIT!!! This is a hard cover type card binder. The cover is made of hard cardboard, unlike the other binders which are usually made of soft plastic. It opens up like an album. It is the 4 pocket type mini card binder with 10 pages. If you put the cards back to back, it can hold 80 cards. The number of pages is fixed and pages cannot be added. The binder is EMPTY. You put your own cards in the binder.
