Pokemon Center 2023 Pokemon Diving campaign Quaxly, Finizen, Eiscue & Chinchou metal charm keychain. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in June, 2023, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Diving campaign. The keychain has 5 non-removable charms attached to it. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of metal.
