I came across PokéVault while hunting for a Clefairy Shinka no Ishi (Evolution Stone series) plush that is not in circulation anymore. It was hard to find, but PokéVault had a brand new one in stock! I placed my order and on the same day, it was immediately processed for shipping. It was a fast, simple, and efficient ordering process. Checkout is secure. It took only about 5 days to reach the Philippines from Japan, and another day to my city. I was not expecting the fast shipping at all! The package itself was secure. Standard box that was not oversized nor too small for the plush, some layer of paper stuffing to keep it safe, and a protective plastic. It was a great unboxing experience because the packaging itself was professional and done well. Looking forward to ordering again from you.

I've been purchasing from Pokevault ever since they first started and definitely will keep doing so! I first found Pokevault when I came back from a visit to Japan and all Pokecenters I visited where out of stock on a specific plushee I had been looking for. Pokevault was the first site I found that was able to ship one to me, and for a very fair price! Brian and Pokevault always seemed very sincere, helping you find products that are otherwise unavailable, without also being so big that they are effectively scalping the stores. In general Brian always adds a very personal touch to the communication, which makes for a very safe and trusted shopping experience. Whenever I'm looking for specific products, this will be the first place I check, and the newsletters really help stay up to date on when what products are launched (I allways skim the newsletter to quickly check for the release of specific series of products, allowing me to know about their launch way before the products finally make it to my country, if they even do so in the first place).

Any time I hear of new poliwhirl related merch, pokevault is my first go to. Pokevault offers reliably pricing and reliable service. Their customer service team is also top notch. I continue to be impressed by the quality of updates and merch on their site. For japanense merch no one compares.
