It was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few licensed Pokemon retailers in Japan, in January, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. DUE TO POPULARITY, THERE WAS A 1 PER PERSON BUYING LIMIT AT THE POKEMON CENTERS. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!
