Pokemon 2025 Kochi Local Acts x Quagsire large metal button (Hariyama Bridge Version). It was only sold at a few licensed shop in Kochi prefecture, Japan, starting in April, 2025, for a limited time and in limited quantity. It was not sold at the Pokemon Centers or anywhere else in Japan. It was part of the Local Acts regional campaign which was a collaboration with Kochi prefecture, Japan and Pokemon. The metal button shows Quagsire in front of the Hariyama Bridge which is a famous bridge in Kochi, prefecture, Japan. It has a safety pin on the back so that you can attach it to your clothes, bag, etc. Made of metal. Made in Japan.
