Pokemon 2025 Kochi Local Acts x Quagsire sticker (Kochi Loves Pokemon Quagsire Mascot Version). It was only sold at a few licensed shop in Kochi prefecture, Japan, starting in April, 2025, for a limited time and in limited quantity. It was not sold at the Pokemon Centers or anywhere else in Japan. It was part of the Local Acts regional campaign which was a collaboration with Kochi prefecture, Japan and Pokemon. The sticker shows the Quagsire Pokemon loves Kochi mascot. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface. Made of paper. Made in Japan.
