This card was given out when you purchased a box of SV9 Battle Partners booster packs at the Pokemon Center and some other licensed Pokemon retailers, in January, 2025, for a very limited time while supplies lasted. It was not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. It comes sealed in a plastic wrapper.
