I recently made my first purchase on Pokevault and it couldn't have went better. On my quest for exclusive Trapinch merch, this was one of the only places that had some of the more rare items in stock. They even had merch I had never seen or heard of before! The shipping arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Very happy with my experience and will be returning soon.

Discovered PokeVault while searching for vintage Pokemon merchandise and was amazed by the fair pricing and range of offered products. I ordered one of the pokefuta mugs and some TCG sleeves, which arrived much sooner than I anticipated and were packed professionally and securely. Brian, the owner, is supportive in making these region exclusive products available to all and offering excellent, personalized experiences with every purchase. I'll absolutely be buying more products in the future!

I purchased a deck box, deck sleeves, and a button from Pokevault. I had found Pokevault searching for Toxtricity merch and they were the only shop to have the specific merch I was looking for. I was concerned with how long it would take to ship to the States from Japan but it shipped very quickly and arrived at the post office after just a few days. I wasn't home to receive the package but Brian from Pokevault reached out to ensure that they had contacted me about the package hold that same day. If Brian hadn't reached out I probably would not have made it to the post office to retrieve the package. Once I retrieved the items I was extremely happy with their condition and immediately swapped over my deck to show off the product. I will definitely go to Pokevault for exclusive item purchases in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same!

I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
