Pokemon 2023 Coro Coro Ichiban Magazine Cyclizar holo promo card. This promo card was only available inside the very limited September, 2023 issue of Coro Coro Ichiban magazine (Magazine NOT INCLUDED) in July, 2023. Coro Coro Ichiban magazine only comes out a few times per year and is more than double the cost of the normal Coro Coro magazine. It has the "Coro Coro Ichiban" logo on the middle right side of the card (In Japanese). Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
