I've made a number of purchases from Pokevault over the past few years, and have always been extremely satisfied. Everything is always priced well, ships quickly, and comes in great condition. Pokemon rarely releases their cooler merch in the US, but I've always been able to get what I've been looking for through here. That includes some porcelain items that arrived in perfect condition. The few times I've emailed with any kind of support question, I've always gotten an timely and extremely helpful and friendly response. I highly recommend getting stuff on Pokevault if you're looking for something only in Japan, and will definitely be getting more stuff in the future.

Any time I hear of new poliwhirl related merch, pokevault is my first go to. Pokevault offers reliably pricing and reliable service. Their customer service team is also top notch. I continue to be impressed by the quality of updates and merch on their site. For japanense merch no one compares.

I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
