It was only available at the Japan Pokemon Center, in September, 2023, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Trainers Paldea Edition campaign. It comes with 2 different designs of memo post it notes that can stick on any surface. You can write reminders or memos on them.
