It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Team Rocket campaign. DUE TO POPULARITY THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! The hooded sweatshirt is unisex so it is made for both men and women. There is a drawsstring to adjust the waist. Made of cotton, polyester and polyurethane.
