Pokemon Center 2024 Skitty & Litten set of 64 deck sleeve card protectors. They were only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in January, 2024, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. You can put one card in each soft sleeve to protect the cards in your deck while you play the game. Comes with 64 sleeves, so there are 4 extra sleeves in case you tear any. They are made of soft plastic.

I purchased a deck box, deck sleeves, and a button from Pokevault. I had found Pokevault searching for Toxtricity merch and they were the only shop to have the specific merch I was looking for. I've made a number of purchases from Pokevault over the past few years, and have always been extremely satisfied. Everything is always priced well, ships quickly, and comes in great condition. Pokemon rarely releases their cooler merch in the US, but I've always been able to get what I've been looking for through here. That includes some porcelain items that arrived in perfect condition.
