It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in March, 2025, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Puppet Theater Papemon campaign. DUE TO POPULARITY THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER!!! It has two different functions. There is a hole inside the plush so you can use it as a finger puppet and it also has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in the Philippines. NOTE: The way that this plush mascot is made, it will not stand up on its own.
