Pokemon Center 2023 yonayonaGhost campaign Phantump luminescent mascot plush keychain. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in June, 2023, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the yonayonaGhost campaign. The mascot plush toy is luminescent, so if you put it under a light and then look at it in a dark place, Phantump's eyes will glow in the dark. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in the Philippines. NOTE: The way that this plush keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
