Pokemon Center Online 2023 Umbreon sticker (Holo Version). It was never for sale in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. It was only available to Pokemon Center Online members as a prize in the lottery, in 2023. This is the rare holo version. It has hologram stars all over the sticker. Those members who saved up enough points could play the slot machine. This was one of the prizes. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
