It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2024, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Nagoya Pokemon Center. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT AT THE POKEMON CENTER IMMEDIATELY!!! It has a metal chain so that you can attach it to bags, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in Vietnam.
