It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Hiroshima Pokemon Center. DUE TO POPULARITY, THERE WAS A 1 PER PERSON BUYING LIMIT AT THE POKEMON CENTER. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
