It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in April, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Hiroshima Pokemon Center. DUE TO POPULARITY THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER!!! It has a metal chain so that you can attach it to bags, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester).
