It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2022, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Halloween Harvest Festival campaign. The set comes with 3 different cookie cutters: Pikachu, Gengar and Pumpkaboo. Make wonderful Pokemon shaped cookies for Halloween. Made of plastic.
