Pokemon Center 2023 Hyper Beam campaign Gyarados set of 3 stickers. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in November, 2023, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Hyper Beam campaign. The set comes with 3 types of stickers (1 hologram, 1 glow in the dark and 1 logo art sticker). The back peels off and you can stick them on any surface.
