Pokemon Center Online 2018 Ganba Lillie & Clefairy 1/8 Scale Figure. It was only be sold during a special pre-sale in the Japan Pokemon Center Online shop, from March 3, 2018 to June 30, 2018 and then again from Sept 9 - October 2, 2022. This is a collaboration between Pokemon Center and Kotobukiya. Only the amount of figures ordered were made. They will not be directly sold in the Pokemon Center. They were only be available online during the pre-order period. The figure is made to 1/8 scale. Made of PVC, ABC (type of plastic).
