It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in January, 2023, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Dowasure campaign. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! It is meant to be a marker to distinguish your umbrella from other people's umbrella, but it has a variety of uses. It has a detachable metal charm and also a plastic ring so you can attach it to your keyring, bag, luggage, umbrella, water bottle or whatever you want to attach it to. Made of metal.
