Pokemon Center 2006 Buizel Manaphy Mantyke Memo Pad Set In Metal Case Lottery (Version #2)
Pokemon Center 2006 Buizel, Manaphy, Pikachu, Chatot &Mantyke memo set with metal case (Version #2). It was only available in a special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2006. If you paid 500 yen (About $4) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. The metal case has a zipper to open and close the case. Inside the case is a memo pad and 6 colored pencils. The case also has a cloth handle. Once the memo pad is used up, you can re-use the case to store other items. Made of metal.
