It is part of the Alola Region charm collection. They have clips so that they can clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of metal.

Pokemon rarely releases their cooler merch in the US, but I've always been able to get what I've been looking for through here. That includes some porcelain items that arrived in perfect condition.
