Pokemon 2025 Takara Tomy Captain Pikachu shoulder riding clip on plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers and a few licensed Pokemon retailers in Japan, in June, 2025, for a limited time. It is called a "kata nori (shoulder riding)" plush toy. The plush toy has clips on its feet so you can attach it to your shoulder to make it look like its riding on your shoulder. You could also attach it to your pocket, bag, etc. Made of soft material (polyester).
