It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in June, 2020, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Cafe Mix campaign. THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER. Made of soft material (polyester).
