Pokemon 2021 Japan Post Office Stamp Box Pikachu & Cramorant set of 2 promo cards. They were not sold in any Pokemon Center or stores. They were only available inside the 2021 Japan Post Office Stamp Box Set (contents of the set NOT INCLUDED. You will only receive the 2 cards). The set was a collaboration with Pokemon and the Japan Post Office. Due to incredibly high demand, it was only available thru a Japan post office lottery. If your name was chosen, you could buy a limit of 1 set. The post office was very strict. You had to have a picture ID that matched the name that you used in the lottery to prevent people from re-selling them. The artwork is based on traditional style Japanese artwork. The 2 promo cards come sealed in one plastic wrapper.
