Pokemon Cafe 2021 Pikachu chef clear plastic coaster lottery prize series #12. This clear plastic coaster was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only given out as a lottery prize if you had lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo & Osaka from March 13 - November 18, 2021 - March 12, 2021. When you ate lunch or dinner, you received a lottery ticket. The lottery ticket could be redeemed for a random clear plastic coaster. The Pokemon Cafe does not allow people to eat there unless you have a reservation, so you had to make a reservation more than a month in advance. It is made to use as a coaster to set your drink on, or great to just collect. Made of thin plastic.
