Pokemon 2023 Palkia Origin Forme Mezastar promo disk. It came inside the September 2022 issue of Coro Coro Ichiban comics, which was sold in July, 2023 (Comic not included). It was not sold directly in any store. It was only available as an insert inside the comic book, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This Mezastar disk can be used in the Pokemon Mezastar video games in the video arcades in Japan which are the newest craze in Japan. Each chip has a character, HP, Energy, Attack strength, Defense strength and Speed to be used in battle. These Mezastar disks are highly collectible. Made of plastic.
