It was sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Halloween Galar Garden campaign. THERE WAS A 1 PER PERSON LIMIT AT THE POKEMON CENTER. Made of soft material (polyester).
