Pokemon Center 2022 Lugia Get Challenge campaign Shaymin reverse holo promo card. It was only available in random packs during a special promotion at the Japan Pokemon Centers and a few licensed Pokemon retail shops for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, in October, 2022. There was 5 different promo cards in the series. It has the "Lugia Get Challenge" logo on the middle right side of the card (In Japanese).
