Pokemon 2022 Miyagi Manhole Series #2 Lotad & Lapras rubber keychain (Version #3). It was only sold at Village Vanguard stores in Japan, in August, 2022, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This series features mini replicas of actual manhole covers from different areas of Japan. It came inside a random package. NOTE: The package was opened to see which keychain was inside. There is a total of 20 different keychains in the series. This keychain is a replica of an actual manhole cover in Tome city, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. It can be attached to your keys, bag, purse, or anything that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber (chain is metal).
