It was only sold in Japan at the Pokemon Centers in September, 2020, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the Trainers campaign #2. THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER. It has a ring so that you can hold it. Please make sure it fits your mobile phone before buying it.
