Pokemon 2023 Bandai Pokemon Scale World "Kanto Region" Koga, Golbat & Weezing special figure set. It was available through a special pre-order on the Premium Bandai website, back in March, 2023 for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was released in August, 2023. It was not sold at the Pokemon Centers or any toy stores. It was only available during the pre-order. Each figure is made to 1/20 scale of the actual Pokemon character. Made of plastic.
