Pokemon 2014 Helioptile embroidered iron-on sticker or patch (Small Size). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers and a few licensed Pokemon retailers, in January, 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This sticker is very unique. It is embroidered and has 2 ways to use it. You can either use it as a sticker, or you can use it as an iron-on patch. Made of polyester and Rayon.
