It was only sold at the Pokemon Center and a few licensed Pokemon retail stores in Japan, in May, 2024, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has 3 removable charms that attach to the keyring. You can attach it to your keyring, bag, luggage, or whatever you want to attach it to. Made of hard acrylic plastic and metal.
