Pokemon 2020 Kitan Club Palette Color Collection "Yellow" Series Elekid plastic figure. This figure was only sold in vending machines in Japan, in January, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Each figure has a different "yellow" painting theme. The figure comes in a plastic bag inside capsule. There are 3 pieces to put together (figure, stand, and small clear peg). Made of plastic.
